MBA is a private membership, tax exempt, nonprofit education association for properly credentialed medical professionals and nutritionists. If you don't have the proper credentials yet, we'll help you obtain them.
The proper credentials allow you to function as an author, coach, educator, mentor, reviewer, teacher, trainer and writer in every country, state and province in North America. If you don't know how, we'll send you to people who will show you how.
The proper credentials allow you to empower your clients to make their own decisions regarding their own exercise, health, life, nutrition and wellness.
Why Private?
To protect your inalienable right to practice classical homeopathy under the 1st, 5th, 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments to the US Constitution guided by the Divine to help all living things. Different laws apply in Canada to help you practice legally.
To protect your clients right to make their own decisions for their own health, nutrition and wellness -- and the health, nutrition and wellness of their family, as guaranteed by the US Constitution and especially by the 1st, 5th, 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments to the United States Constitution.
Why Incorporated As a Nonprofit? (Optional Benefit)
The laws of incorporation typically give you as an individual more rights and protections than most other forms of running a business. Non profits enjoy even more freedom and have more rights than other corporations.
Most of our competitors recommend "staying under the Government radar."
In our experience trying to hide from the government makes government officials suspect you're doing something illegal. That makes you a very visible target.
The more money you make the faster government officials will find you. The more clients you have the easier they will find you. The more "famous" you become, the quicker they will find you. Hiding from the government is not all that easy -- in fact, it's nearly impossible.
We believe the best approach is to use government to help you build your business.
You do this by availing yourself of the benefits of being incorporated as a nonprofit health, nutrition and/or wellness education association. You don't hide from the government. You take advantage of the good things the government allows you to legally do.
You don't need to become a tax exempt nonprofit association to be a member of MBA. We recommend you evaluate all of your options and make the best decision on this matter for yourself. You may find that the best decision for you is to run both a nonprofit and a profitable tax-paying business.
Your other options include running your association as a sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, for profit corporation, S-Corporation or nonprofit organization. Private Health Associations -- which formed MBA -- has experts which will help you decide what works best for you.
Why Education?
The United States Constitution guarantees us the right to coach, educate, mentor, teach and train the public about anything that's not evil -- this includes their health, nutrition and wellness. There are several restrictions to these rights that we teach all members of our association to avoid in public.
One restriction is that we must have the proper credentials to avoid prosecution by licensing boards and the federal government while working in the public domain, We help our members obtain the proper credentials to avoid these problems.
You do need to become a coach, educator, mentor, teacher or trainer to practice homeopathy legally in all fifty states and all Canadian provinces. This not required in the US Possessions or the Canadian Territories -- but we still recommend it.
Why Tax Exempt? (Optional Benefit)
As a 501(c)(4) education organization (US only) your own private association can avoid taxes on all correspondence courses, recordings, seminars, webinars, workshops, teaching materials, supplies and product samples.
In Canada, things are a little more complicated. But we will help you create your own Peaceful Assembly Association that complies with Canadian laws so you can do the same thing.
This is legal tax exempt money we earn which is approved by the IRS that we can use to support our business and help other people. We can pay all of our business expenses and keep our tax-free profits in our association for future use.
You do not need to become a tax exempt organization if you do not want to do that. Our experience tells us this is right approach. But the only person who knows if this is the right appraoch for your business is you.
Our Own Private Association?
Yes! When you join MBA you are entitled to form your own private education association under the umbrella of MBA. This extends your protection to all of your clients that join your private tax exempt health education association. We guide you through every step of this process.
Our Own State Association?
Yes! You are entitled to form, help form or become a member of your own private state education association under the umbrella of MBA as soon as five or more professionals in your state become a member of MBA.
